3.172 Resident-owned, foreign-domiciled vehicles. Sec. 12. The board may provide by regulation that the exemptions, benefits and privileges of this act shall be operative as to motor vehicles owned by a resident of this state and actually domiciled in another jurisdiction and properly registered and licensed in that jurisdiction.
