§ 3.175

3.175 Highway reciprocity board officers and investigators; peace officers. Sec. 15. The members of the board and such officers and investigators of their respective departments as they shall designate shall have the powers conferred upon peace officers by the general laws of this state when enforcing the provisions of this act.
