3.559 Annual report. Sec. 9. Before February 1 in each year, the authority shall file an annual report with the governor, the legislature, and a township board of trustees having jurisdiction, setting forth its activities, receipts, expenditures, business considered, meetings, and progress during the immediately preceding year ending December 31.
