3.191 Acceptance of legislative jurisdiction over federal lands or interests therein. Sec. 1. The governor may apply for and accept, on behalf of the state, all or any part of the legislative jurisdiction of the United States over federal lands or interests in federal lands that may be relinquished to the state pursuant to federal law.
