§ 3.812

3.812 Legislative finding, declaration, and intent. Sec. 2. (1) The legislature finds and declares that it is to the advantage of the people of the state of Michigan that the particle accelerator known as the superconducting super collider, which the United States department of energy is planning to build, be built in this state. (2) It is the intent of the legislature to create a commission to represent this state before the United States department of energy and to take any action needed to support a proposal to build the superconducting super collider in this state.
