§ 3.202

3.202 Ceding of jurisdiction; limitations, termination. Sec. 2. Jurisdiction in and over any land so acquired by the United States is hereby ceded to the United States for all purposes, except that the state of Michigan retains concurrent jurisdiction with the United States over all lands affected by this act.
