317.241 Harbor Beach refuge; creation, boundaries. Sec. 1. There is hereby created a harbor of refuge, which shall include the entire harbor at Lake Huron at the city of Harbor Beach in Huron county and the area between 2 parallel lines extending respectively, due east from the northern and southern extremities of the main gap in said harbor for a distance of 1/2 mile and including the waters beneath and the space above all of said territory.
