317.225 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 5. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than 25 dollars nor more than 100 dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
