32.525 Duty; construction. Sec. 125. 'Duty' also includes the time necessary for a member of the state military establishment to go from his usual residence or place of business or employment to respond to a call to duty, and the time necessary to return from the place of duty to his usual residence or place of business or employment, after the duty has been performed.
