32.529 Officers and enlisted personnel; continuation until expiration of term. Sec. 129. Officers and enlisted personnel in the state military establishment when this act takes effect shall continue in office and remain in the service until the expiration of their terms of office or enlistment, unless otherwise provided by this act.
