32.708 Adjutant general and assistant adjutants general; bonds, amounts, premiums, filing. Sec. 308. The adjutant general shall give bond in the sum of $25,000.00 to the state conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties. The assistant adjutants general shall give like bond in the sum of $10,000.00. If a surety bond is given, the premiums shall be paid out of funds appropriated for the premiums.
