32.754 Armory manager; duties; rental of armories to outside parties.Sec. 354. The adjutant general may designate an armory manager for each armory of the state military establishment, with the duty of operating and maintaining the armory pursuant to law and regulations promulgated by the adjutant general. The armory manager may rent or otherwise authorize the use of the armory to outside parties for temporary purposes subject to regulations of the adjutant general. History: 1967, Act 150, Imd. Eff.
