32.776 Granting of easements; public utilities; restrictions.Sec. 376. The adjutant general may grant easements under and over any state-owned real property under the jurisdiction and control of the state military establishment. An easement shall not be granted for the benefit of a public utility unless the board determines that it is in the public interest and will not adversely affect the use of the property for military purposes.
