32.825 Retirement of full-time employees of military establishment; exceptions; state employees' retirement system. Sec. 425. Full-time employees of the military establishment, except the adjutant general, the assistant adjutants general and persons holding other unclassified military positions, shall receive retirement as provided for in the Michigan state employees' retirement system.
