32.234 Hanson Reservation; water, lights furnished by state. Sec. 4. Whenever any space has been so allotted to any state institution, or to any county, city, village or township, it shall be the duty of the military board to see that a proper water supply is furnished the location so allotted; also, to properly light the same.
