32.235 Hanson Reservation; expenses of camps; available military stores. Sec. 5. All expense connected with the establishment of the camp, or other recreational or health giving purpose, shall be borne by the institution or municipality establishing the same: Provided, however, That the state military board in its discretion may place at the disposal of such institution or municipality any available buildings, tentage or other military stores owned by the state and in the possession of such board.
