32.181 Armory of 182nd field artillery; authority of state military board as to boundaries, buildings erected, rights of parties. Sec. 1. The state military board shall have authority on behalf of the state of Michigan to enter into an agreement with the record owner or owners of the parcel of property adjoining on the west the parcel of property at the northwest corner of Brush and Piquette streets in the city of Detroit now owned by the state of Michigan and known as the 182nd field artillery armory. Such agreement may define the boundary line between said parcels of property to accord with the occupancy thereof and the buildings erected thereon; may establish the rights and responsibilities of the parties thereto in the walls of said buildings and in the walls between said buildings; and may establish the rights of the parties thereto in the sidetrack easements crossing the northerly part of the armory property.
