32.1084 Effecting enlistment, appointment, or separation of person known to be ineligible; punishment.Sec. 84. A person subject to this code who effects an enlistment or appointment in or a separation from the state military forces of a person who is known to that person to be ineligible for the enlistment, appointment, or separation because it is prohibited by law, rule, regulation, or order shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
