32.1087 Missing movement of ship, train, bus, motor convoy, vehicle, airplane, or unit; punishment. Sec. 87. A person subject to this code who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, train, bus, motor convoy, vehicle, airplane, or unit with which the person is required in the course of duty to move shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
