32.1094 Mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report mutiny or sedition; punishment.Sec. 94. (1) A person subject to this code: (a) Who, with the intent to usurp or override a lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with another person, to obey an order or otherwise do his or her duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny. (b) Who, with the intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of a lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with another person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition. (c) Who fails to do the utmost to prevent and suppress an offense of mutiny or sedition being committed in the person's presence or fails to take all reasonable means to inform a superior officer or commanding officer of an offense of mutiny or sedition which the person knows of or has reason to believe is taking place is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition. (2) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
