§ 32.1100

32.1100 Compelling or attempting to compel commander to abandon or give up to enemy place, vessel, aircraft, or property; striking colors or flag to enemy without authority; punishment. Sec. 100. A person subject to this code who compels or attempts to compel the commander of a place, vessel, aircraft, or of other military property or of a body of members of the armed forces of the United States or of any other state or territory or of the state military forces to give the place, vessel, aircraft, or property up to an enemy or to abandon it, or who strikes the colors or flag to an enemy without proper authority, shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
