32.1107 Signing or making false document or false official statement; punishment.Sec. 107. A person subject to this code who, with the intent to deceive, signs a false record, return, rule, order, or other official document, knowing the document to be false, or makes any other false official statement knowing the statement to be false shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
