32.1113 Sentinel or guard found under influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substance or sleeping upon post; leaving post before being relieved; punishment.Sec. 113. A sentinel or guard subject to this code who is found under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a controlled substance or sleeping upon his or her post or who leaves a post before being relieved shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
