32.1131a Subornation of perjury; punishment.Sec. 131a. An individual subject to this code who induces and procures another individual to take an oath, and to falsely testify, depose, or state upon that oath, must be punished as a court-martial directs if all of the following conditions are satisfied: (a) The oath is administered with respect to a matter for which that oath is required or authorized by law. (b) The oath is administered by an individual having authority to do so. (c) Upon the oath, the other individual willfully makes or subscribes to a statement. (d) The statement is material. (e) The statement is false. (f) When the statement is made or subscribed to, the individual subject to this code and the other individual do not believe that the statement is true.
