§ 322.391

322.391 Primary school, swamp, tax homestead and other lands; sale for right of way, price. Sec. 1. The public domain commission is hereby authorized and empowered to sell and dispose of any primary school, swamp, tax homestead or other lands held by the state subject to the control of the said public domain commission, in pieces or parcels of less than a legal subdivision, to any telephone, telegraph, transmission or power company or corporation, for a right of way over and across any such lands, and the board of agriculture is also hereby authorized to sell or dispose of any agricultural college lands not included within the forest reserve in the counties of Alcona and Iosco, in pieces or parcels of less than a legal subdivision, to any telephone, telegraph, transmission or power company for a right of way over and across any such agricultural college lands. Any of such lands shall not be sold or disposed of for any right of way for less than twice the appraised value per acre of such lands at the time of the withdrawal of such lands from sale.
