322.315 Improved lands; withholding from sale. Sec. 15. The said commissioner may also, in his discretion, reserve and withhold from sale, such portions of the university and school lands as in his opinion it may not be advantageous to sell and dispose of, and for so long a time as in his opinion will be most beneficial to the several funds affected thereby.
