322.325 Improved lands; leasing. Sec. 25. The commissioner of the land office may, from time to time lease, for terms not exceeding 1 year, and until the same are disposed of according to law, all such university and school lands, and other lands belonging to the state, as shall have improvements on them; and such leases shall contain proper covenants to guard against trespasses and waste.
