322.188 Commissioner of state land office; record of sales, contents. Sec. 8. The commissioner shall keep a record of the sales of lands, and of the moneys received by him on account either of principal or interest, the date of such sale or payment, the description of the lands sold, with the number of acres thereof, and the name of each purchaser, or person paying such moneys, to whom he shall give a receipt for such moneys, and shall credit the proper fund therewith.
