324.103 Heading or title; effect. Sec. 103. A heading or title of an article, chapter, part, or subpart of this act shall not be considered as a part of this act or be used to construe the act more broadly or narrowly than the text of the sections of the act would indicate, but shall be considered as inserted for the convenience of the users of this act.
