324.1417 Clean corporate citizen designation; termination.Sec. 1417. (1) The director shall terminate a clean corporate citizen designation if the director determines that the facility does not meet applicable requirements of section 1407, 1409, or 1411. (2) The director shall notify a facility of the director's intent to terminate the facility's clean corporate citizen designation and the specific reason for the termination not less than 30 days before terminating the designation.
