§ 324.1605

324.1605 Review or certiorari; procedure; bond. Sec. 1605. The proceedings for the condemnation and confiscation of any property under this part are subject to review or certiorari as provided in this part. A writ of certiorari may be issued within 10 days after final judgment and determination in any condemnation proceeding for the purpose of reviewing any error in the proceeding. Notice of the certiorari shall be served upon the department within 10 days after the date of issue, in the same manner as notice is required to be given of certiorari for reviewing judgments rendered by a justice of the peace, and the writ shall be issued and served and bond given and approved in the same manner as is required for reviewing judgments by justices of the peace.
