324.1609 Judgment fee.Sec. 1609. In all prosecutions for violation of the law for the protection of game and fish, the sentencing court shall assess, as costs, the sum of $10.00, to be known as the judgment fee. When collected, the judgment fee shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the game and fish protection account of the Michigan conservation and recreation legacy fund provided for in section 2010.
