324.3107 Harmful interference with streams; rules; orders; determinations for record. Sec. 3107. The department may promulgate rules and issue orders for the prevention of harmful interference with the discharge and stage characteristics of streams. The department may ascertain and determine for record and in making its order the location and extent of floodplains, stream beds, and channels and the discharge and stage characteristics of streams at various times and circumstances.
