324.3112e Permit not required; 'beneficial use by-product' and 'beneficial use 3' defined.Sec. 3112e. (1) Notwithstanding sections 3112 and 3113, a permit is not required under this part for any of the following: (a) The use of a beneficial use by-product for beneficial use 3 in compliance with part 115. (b) The storage of a beneficial use by-product in compliance with part 115.
