324.5703 Office of small business clean air ombudsman; creation; exercise of powers and duties; appointment of executive officer. Sec. 5703. (1) The office of the small business clean air ombudsman is created within the department of commerce. The office shall exercise its powers and duties independently of any state department or entity. (2) The principal executive officer of the office is the small business clean air ombudsman, who shall be appointed by the governor. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
