324.6101 Vessels; blowing flues prohibited; exceptions. Sec. 6101. A marine vessel while navigating in the waters of this state within 1 mile of land shall not blow flues unless necessary under an emergency condition for the safe navigation of the vessel or to alleviate or extinguish a flash fire in the boiler up-takes or during departure-arrival operations.
