324.6530 Inspection; certificate of compliance or waiver obtained at licensed testing station. Sec. 6530. Unless the person is licensed as a fleet testing station, a person who owns a motor vehicle required to be inspected under this part and the rules promulgated under this part shall have the motor vehicle inspected and shall obtain a certificate of compliance or a waiver only at a testing station licensed under this part and the rules promulgated under this part.
