324.5309 Segmentation of a project.Sec. 5309. When the department prepares the priority list under section 5303, to ensure that a disproportionate share of available funds for a given fiscal year is not committed to a single project, the department may segment a project if the cost of the proposed project is more than 30% of the amount available in the fund.
