324.8307d Prohibited claims. Sec. 8307d. (1) No person who uses, distributes, exposes, or offers to sell a pesticide shall make claims that the pesticide can be used on sites that are not included in the pesticide labeling. (2) No person who uses, distributes, exposes, or offers to sell a pesticide shall make claims that the pesticide has characteristics, ingredients, uses, benefits, or qualities that it does not have or that are not allowed under FIFRA.
