324.8522 Finding of probable cause.Sec. 8522. A court shall not allow the recovery of damages by a person against whom an administrative action was brought resulting in an order stopping the sale or use of fertilizer or fertilizer material or requiring its seizure if the court finds that there was probable cause for the action or order.
