324.11115 Permits and licenses for treatment, storage, or disposal facility; determination; exception. Sec. 11115. After the updated plan is adopted, the department shall not issue a permit or license under this part for a treatment, storage, or disposal facility until the department has made a determination that the action is consistent with the updated plan. This section does not apply to a treatment, storage, or disposal facility granted a construction permit or a license under this part before the final adoption of the updated plan. However, such a facility shall be consistent with the state hazardous waste management plan adopted by the commission on January 15, 1982. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
