324.11302 Landfill maintenance trust fund; creation; separate fund; revenue. Sec. 11302. (1) There is hereby created the landfill maintenance trust fund. The fund shall be established as a separate fund in the department of treasury. (2) The fund shall receive as revenue money from any source not to exceed $500,000.00, as appropriated by the legislature. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
