324.16910 Response to fire or violation of part; action for recovery of incurred costs. Sec. 16910. A person who incurs costs as a result of a response to a fire or a violation of this part at a collection site may bring an action against the owner or operator of the collection site, in the circuit court in which the collection site is located, to recover the incurred costs.
