324.17315 Recycling of covered electronic devices; manner; rules.Sec. 17315. (1) Covered electronic devices collected under this part shall be recycled in a manner that complies with federal and state laws, including rules promulgated by the department, and local ordinances. (2) Any rules promulgated by the department under section 17321 regulating the recycling of covered electronic devices collected under this part shall be consistent with both of the following: (a) The United States environmental protection agency's 'Plug-in to eCycling Guidelines for Materials Management', as in effect on the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section.
