324.17333 Report.Sec. 17333. If federal law establishes a national program for the collection and recycling of computer equipment, the department shall, within 90 days, submit a report to the standing committees of the senate and house of representatives with primary responsibility for recycling and solid waste issues. The report shall describe the federal program, discuss whether provisions of this part have been preempted, and recommend whether this part should be amended or repealed.
