324.19104 Clean Michigan fund; creation; appropriations, gifts, and donations; expenditures. Sec. 19104. The clean Michigan fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of appropriations from the general fund or any other fund, as provided by law, and any gifts and donations to the fund. The fund shall be expended only for the programs described in this part and for the staffing and administrative costs to the department of administering those programs. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
