324.19121 Reports. Sec. 19121. (1) Not later than March 31 of each year, the department shall report the following information regarding the projects financed under this part for that fiscal year to the governor, the standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives that primarily consider issues pertaining to the protection of natural resources and the environment, and the subcommittees of the house of representatives and the senate on appropriations for the department: (a) The name, address, and telephone number of the recipient or participant. (b) The nature of the project. (c) The amount of money received. (d) The county in which the project is located. (2) Not later than September 30 of each year, the department shall submit to the governor and the legislature a report on the projects financed under this act during the previous fiscal year.
