324.20107 Tearing down, removing, or destroying sign or notice as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 20107. A person who willfully tears down, removes, or destroys any sign or notice warning of the presence of hazardous substances or marking boundaries of a facility subject to response activity under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
