324.21334 Report to legislative committees.Sec. 21334. Not later than November 1, 2013 and not later than November 1 of each subsequent year, the department shall submit a report to the standing committees of the senate and house of representatives with jurisdiction primarily pertaining to natural resources and the environment that contains all of the following: (a) The number of closure reports submitted and approved by the department and the number of closure reports that were approved by operation of law under this part. (b) The number of closure reports that were submitted to the department and not approved under this part. (c) The number of contested case hearings held pursuant to section 21332.
