324.30106b Dredging or placing dredged spoils on bottomland; permit; conditions.Sec. 30106b. A permit under this part to dredge or place dredged spoils on bottomland is subject to both of the following: (a) The permit shall be valid for a period of 5 years. (b) During the term of the permit, the department shall not require additional environmental studies or surveys unless an act of God results in significant geological or ecological changes to the permitted area.
